Generative AI Product Owner

Join our Generative AI project as an experienced Product Owner!

Your future tasks:   

• Designing business solutions in for Generative AI Agent-bases workflow support 

• Researching, analysing and proposing business requirements and development needs, developing a concept and roadmap  

• Actively contribute to the specification, assessment and commenting of user requirements for our internal and external Generative AI Agent product 

• Prioritisation of product requirements, validation of development needs  

• Ongoing improvement of team members‘ performance, their regular evaluation and development  

• Managing relations with business partners inside and outside the department  

• Maintaining, prioritising and updating backlog items  

• Proactively contributing to the further development of already implemented functionalities 

• Support research and applicability of emerging Generative AI technologies  

What we expect from You:    

• Have some experience with AI solution design or implementation  

• Have at least 2-3 years of Product Owner experience, preferably at a reputable digital development provider, a banking/insurance corporate or other digitally advanced multinational or scale-up 

• Have no problem making independent decisions and have a strategic mindset  

• Results-oriented approach, structured mindset  

• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills  

• Good communication and presentation skills  

• Bachelor’s degree  

• Be at least intermediate in English, as we have international clients as well
