Global Head of Women’s & Distribution Lead

Nanushka is seeking a skilled and visionary Global Head of Women’s & Distribution Lead for the Americas & APAC to join our dynamic team based in its London or Budapest office with an immediate start. This unique dual-role will drive the growth and expansion of Nanushka’s women’s line while simultaneously overseeing the strategic distribution across key regions including the Americas and APAC.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the global fashion market, an affinity for sustainable luxury, and an expertise in building client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Women’s Category Leadership

• Strategic Growth: Lead the global expansion of Nanushka’s women’s ready-to-wear and accessories category, enhancing brand presence and cultivating partnerships with luxury department and specialty stores.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow client-facing relationships in all regions, ensuring brand alignment with clients’ needs.
• Product & Market Insight: Analyze seasonal sales, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth, drive recuts and reorders.
• Collaboration with Merchandising & Planning: Partner closely with internal teams to align seasonal budgets, profitability, and product offering with Nanushka’s business goals.

Distribution Lead, Americas & APAC

• Regional Strategy Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies for the Americas and APAC regions, ensuring targets align with business goals.
• Agency and Partner Management: Identify and engage with agents in target regions, negotiating agreements with key distributors and major department stores.
• Sales Planning & Performance: Develop yearly and seasonal sales plans for target regions to meet ambitious growth goals; analyze KPIs to optimize market performance.
• Sales Market & Client Relationship: Fully participates in international sales markets where drives showroom sales teams, and leads key account appointments.
•  Team Leadership & Development: Organize, recruit, and lead a wholesale team across regions, promoting a collaborative culture and continuous improvement.

Leadership & Development

• Thought Leadership: Inspire and educate teams with innovative ideas, coaching, and feedback to enhance their sales effectiveness and professional growth.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Foster communication and collaboration across teams in different regions to streamline operations and knowledge sharing.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in global wholesale sales, with proven experience in luxury fashion and a focus on women’s products.
• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to create and implement tactical sales and distribution plans across multiple regions.
• Multilingual: Proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to APAC regions are considered as a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership abilities with a track record of fostering a high-performance culture.
• Sales & Negotiation: Highly results-oriented with strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise.
• Analytical & Organized: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills to manage complex regional and global demands.
