As the Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager for Telecom Network Monetization, you will play a pivotal role in launching and growing IQGeo’s groundbreaking solutions that will help telecom providers maximize their network revenue in ways they never thought possible. Our Network Revenue Optimizer is a game-changer, and you’ll be at the heart of taking it—and our entire portfolio—to the next level.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for everything from market analysis and packaging to pricing strategies and sales enablement. You’ll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the telecom industry, working closely with sales, marketing, product teams, and customers to bring our network monetization solutions to life.
With a focus on telecom network monetization, your work will directly impact the future of telecom providers, helping them optimize and generate more revenue from every corner of their networks.

- Dive deep into the telecom market to identify exciting opportunities in both existing customers and new prospects. You’ll be on the front lines, helping telecom operators tap into previously untapped revenue potential from their networks.
- Shape the Future of Telecom Monetization
- Work hand-in-hand with product marketing and product management teams to position our groundbreaking solutions like Network Revenue Optimizer and IQGeo Network Manager Telecom in a way that stands out in the crowded telecom space.
- Your ability to package, position, and deliver these solutions will directly fuel revenue growth for telecom operators across North America.
- Drive Revenue Growth
- Team up with Demand Generation to create cutting-edge sales strategies that generate new opportunities and expand our market footprint. You’ll help shape campaigns that attract the attention of top-tier telecom providers and move the needle on revenue growth.
- Empower the Sales Team
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop training programs that will arm our sales teams with everything they need to effectively sell and close high-value deals. Your strategic guidance will be essential in ensuring the sales team delivers on its goals and maximizes profitable growth.
- Close the Deal
- Partner with sales and key stakeholders to close critical deals and bring our telecom monetization solutions to life with customers. Your efforts will directly impact the success of key accounts and contribute to the long-term vision of IQGeo’s growth.
- Optimize and Innovate
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of GTM programs, sales strategies, and customer adoption to make recommendations for improvement. The telecom industry is fast-paced, and your ability to adapt and innovate will keep IQGeo ahead of the curve.

- Help telecom customers fully unlock the potential of our solutions by analyzing their product usage and identifying new growth and optimization opportunities. You’ll be the key to ensuring customers maximize the value they get from our products, ensuring their success is our success.
Key Metrics for Success
- Revenue Growth
- Meet and exceed ambitious revenue goals for network monetization solutions, accelerating both new customer acquisition and expanding business with existing accounts.
- Pipeline Impact
- Drive the development of a robust sales pipeline by creating high-impact GTM strategies that generate qualified opportunities and result in meaningful deal closures
- Help telecom providers derive maximum value from our solutions by ensuring high levels of adoption and customer satisfaction. Your success will be measured by customer feedback, retention, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Drive the development of a robust sales pipeline by creating high-impact GTM strategies that generate qualified opportunities and result in meaningful deal closures
- Customer Satisfaction
- Help telecom providers derive maximum value from ou solutions by esuring high levels of adopton ad customer satisfaction. Your success will be measured by customer feedback, retention, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Market Penetration
- Assess the success of targeted sales strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand IQGeo’s presence in the telecom industry, particularly in network monetization.
- Enablement Effectiveness
- Measure the impact of training and resources developed for the sales team, tracking how they improve sales conversion rates, speed, and deal size.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), product marketing, or a similar role, specifically within the telecom, software, or technology industries.
- Proven track record of selling fiber solutions for a telecom company and developing GTM strategies that drive significant revenue growth.Familiarity with telecom sales workflows is essential to succeed in this role.
- Curiosity & Problem-Solving: A relentless curiosity to understand the telecom market and a keen ability to solve complex challenges with innovative solutions.
- Highly analytical with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data-driven insights to optimize GTM strategies.
- Exceptional communicator who can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging for both internal teams and customers.
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive success.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
