This operating company (Opco) will manage clubs through licensing agreements with real estate owners, setting a new standard in private clubs, luxury lifestyle and car culture. 

Position Overview

As the first employee of this start-up company, the President of duPont Registry PRIVÉ, will play a pivotal role in building the foundation of this exciting new venture. Reporting to the parent company’s leadership, the President will lead the development of the brand and its operations, crafting the strategy, standards, and systems necessary to scale the business. This is a unique opportunity to create and grow a luxury lifestyle brand from the ground up. 

Key Responsibilities –

Strategic Leadership

• Define and articulate the brand’s positioning and product vision to align with the company’s mission. 
• Establish a clear operating model and develop standardized operating criteria for clubs. 
• Develop management agreements to guide relationships with real estate partners. 

Brand Development

• Create and implement brand standards, ensuring consistency in luxury offerings, design, and members experiences. 
• Work closely with 3rd party design firms, project marketing teams and local partners to ensure the brand identity resonates with the target audience. 

Operational Execution

• Identify General Managers and build and oversee a team to support each club’s operations as the business grows. 
• Create operational playbooks to streamline processes across locations, including concierge services, restaurant and bar operations, and event planning. 
• Work with each local partner to establish the local Legal,  Finance and HR platforms required to operate in each location / jurisdiction (local licenses, employment companies,  financial reporting, etc).
• Identify and secure new real estate partners and locations to scale the business. 

Financial and Business Management

• Oversee company financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring long-term profitability. 
• Underwrite new projects, assessing feasibility and alignment with company goals. 
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships to drive value for the brand and its stakeholders. 

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

• Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth partners and members, delivering exceptional service and experiences. 
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and the public face of duPont Registry PRIVE at events and industry forums. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field required. Graduate degree preferred (MBA).
• 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or a related industry, with a track record of operational success. 
• Proven experience in launching and scaling premium brands or concepts in the luxury space. 
• Strong understanding of hospitality management agreements models, real estate partnerships, and operational frameworks. 
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial drive. 
• Ability to build and inspire high-performing teams. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for luxury and innovation.
