Overview
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Head of Client Solutions to lead our client-facing initiatives, drive campaign execution, and support the sales team with strategic, creative, and operational solutions. The successful candidate will be a key player in developing innovative project ideas, managing influencer partnerships, overseeing campaign execution, and optimizing performance through data-driven reports. As the go-to person for managing client projects, you will handle vendor relationships and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to thoroughly understand client needs and develop innovative, tailored solutions.
- Identifying and aligning the most suitable influencers with brands or products, ensuring an optimal fit.
- Oversee campaign execution, strictly adhering to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Drive the creation and conceptualization of new products and services to offer clients.
- Manage the coordination and delivery of campaigns across various media platforms, including performance marketing and out-of-home media.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Solutions team, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, to strategically plan for costs and unexpected expenses.
- Effectively delegate responsibilities to sponsors and team members, ensuring time management and task completion.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to boost client satisfaction and trust.
- Continuously monitor the market to identify new opportunities and develop optimized solutions.
- Craft compelling presentations and proposals for client pitches.
- Support the sales team during the sales process, contributing to successful pitches.
- Help educate new account and partnership managers on product offerings and sales strategies.

- You have 5+ years of proven experience in client solutions and account management.
- You have strong knowledge of influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and OOH media.
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- You can manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- You have leadership experience with a focus on team development and motivation.
- You have strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to managing challenges.
- You have experience in managing influencer partnerships and digital media campaigns.
- You are familiar with performance metrics and generating actionable insights from campaign reports.
- You have strong creative and analytical skills to visualize and execute campaigns from concept to completion.
