Explorance is a rapidly growing software company recognized for its unique workplace culture. We strive to be the best we can for our people, our customers, and the community. Currently, we are looking for a HR Intern to join our dynamic team who thrives in a demanding, fast-moving environment.  

*This is a paid internship position

What you will do as our new HR Intern:

  • Create job listings, source candidates, and screen applications using resume databases.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Document feedback from interviews, assist in candidate assessments, and ensure continuous communication with candidates.
  • Track candidate progress, maintain records in HRIS.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Provide support for HR operational tasks and assist other business units with administrative duties as required.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong interest in Human Resources with a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Qualification:

  • MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
