Human Resources Administrator

TBAS is looking for a Human Resources Administrator.

This position will work as an administrator for Human Resources and Executive Management.
He/she will be reporting to the Human Resources Specialist II and will be stationed at Utulei,
Centennial Branch.

This position is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and provides
administrative support for the Executive Management Team.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Schedules and organizes
complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and activities for the Executive
Management team, provides a point of contact for all bank visitors, prioritizes executive
administrative reports such as memos, meeting minutes, phone and email correspondence as
required.

Provides administrative support regarding human resource employee relations and performance
management, onboarding, and implementation of recruitment/employment, personnel records,
updating databases, and payroll reports. The role will require the individual to thrive in a fast-paced,
high-growth environment, and adjust effectively to changing priorities.
