HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER     

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all aspects of HR software (Bamboo HR)

• Update and Manage all Annual Leave Processes both on Bamboo HR and on the Database for Massy Distribution.
• Preparation of all Disciplinary, Job and Reference letters that are requested by employees of Massy Distribution.
• Manage and update all Probationary Forms and ensure the confirmation and extended confirmation is documented on the Probations Database and letters are prepared accordingly for Massy Distribution.
• Facilitate initiatives related to employee training and development.
• Prepare HR Reports and statistics for presentation or to be submitted for Group reporting.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with management and employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business management, or a similar field.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Good time management skills
