IT Business Analyst

Join us as a Medior IT Business Analyst!  

Your future tasks:   

• Managing ongoing projects by assessing business requirements, defining development directions and outlining software business specifications (in collaboration with IT professionals for technical execution). 
• Mapping customer needs in the sales process, providing strategic advice on digital transformation, product development and concept design. 
• Mapping and documenting business processes and user stories, writing functional specifications.  
• Providing a comprehensive overview of project progress, obstacles, their causes, key issues, and proposed solutions.  
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. 
• Working in Agile methodology. 

What we expect from You:  

•  3-4 years of IT Business Analyst experience, preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment or in a banking environment. 
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Interest in emerging technologies and trending areas.  
• Experience in developing product concepts. 
• Motivation to enthusiastically engage in new projects and a willingness to develop professionally.  
• Be proficient in Hungarian 
• Be at least intermediate in English
