About the job:

I.T Trainee

Full time, fixed term 12 month traineeship

 

Kyabra Community Association Inc. is a community-based organisation that is committed to strengthening individual, family and community life.  We provide strengths-based, integrated responses to people in our community.

 

We are looking for a person to work within our I.T. Department as a trainee for 12 months to complete a Certificate IV. This would suit a school leaver, or someone that has successfully completed a Certificate III.

 

This role will be supported by the I.T. Manager and your traineeship mentor to gain your Certificate IV. Some of the day to day tasks may include:

  • Day to day systems maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops and smart mobile devices across a number of sites as directed by the IT Manager.
  • Assisting/Troubleshooting secure remote access to remote users.
  • Providing phone and desktop support and advice to users onsite and remotely.

 

Salary and conditions are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 1 ($26.14 per hour). We also offer:
