About the Role

We are hiring a talented Junior Creative Designer for Roar Global who will work on multiple projects, from concepts to completion. This includes brainstorming design concepts, and illustrating and implementing final designs in various mediums. If you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the space. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to understand project objectives, target audience, and design requirements.
• Conceptualise and create original and striking visual designs for various projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, infographics, website elements, print collateral, and more.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and visual identity.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a creative designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Canva and Capcut will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual appeal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on individual projects.
• Having advertising experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of various design formats and specifications for both digital and print applications.
• Fast turnaround time, ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
