Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting issues and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for our clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field through continuous education and professional development.

Requirements:

• Valid and current Maryland state license as an LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
