Why This Role Is Valuable
As part of the People & Culture department (P&C), your role is to understand the organisation strategy and its future capability needs in order to identify learning priorities and create learning environments where employees can continuously develop to be their best. The successful candidate will have extensive communication skills and be able to facilitate training exercises in a corporate environment.
Contract & Visa
The selected candidate will be employed by Revantage Luxembourg. Visa to be provided by Revantage Luxembourg.
Location
The position is based out of our Luxembourg office, with occasional travel to the London office for 20% of the time.
Reporting to: Head of P&C
Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
- Ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
- Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments. Act as point of contact to the staff and Heads of Departments to provide guidelines on L&D matters, coordinate L&D strategy with each Department stakeholder / Training Ambassadors as well as P&C HRBP’s
- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs.
- Design and maintain a L&D training path, taking into account Revantage existing material at Global and Regional level, on behavioural and leadership programs, working with external partners where relevant and identifying the most suitable learning solutions digital, face to face, social collaborative learning, coaching, etc)
- Select and manage resources, working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
- Lead and facilitate learning interventions in our Luxembourg and London offices, treating each training exercise as a project, ensuring excellence and maximum employee satisfaction are met
- Maintain L&D budget, support the annual request for training subsidies (INFPC) and ensure systematic capture of corporate training records and data
- Optimize training processes for efficiency, monitor feedback, business impact and quality of training. Identify and maintain meaningful kpis
- Actively participate to global L&D initiatives, collaborating with other Revantage offices across the globe
- Actively contribute to HR initiatives
Skills:
- British Citizen
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within an L&D role in professional services or financial firm in the UK.
- Demonstrate understanding and experience of the full training cycle, including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and across different geographic locations
- Understanding of learning and learning system standards, best practices and trends.
- Effective planning, budgeting and project management capability.
- Exceptional leadership mindset and team management skills.
- Structured and organised approach, as well as delivery orientated.
