As a logistics assistant, your main challenge will be the tracking, analysis, and/or execution of logistics operations.

Your challenges:

• Generation and preparation of Foreign Trade Documents (manual reports where information is prepared and provided to suppliers for customs clearance and/or last-mile process)
• Tracking shipments through various links of the logistics chain
• Updating progress on shipments and cargoes
• Resolution of tickets related to the sector that are escalated from Customer Service
• Issuing alerts to customers when necessary
• Interacting with service providers

Required Skills:

• Advanced student in related careers
• Excel (Mandatory)
• Intermediate English (No mandatory)
• Organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in related roles
• Portuguese
• Data analytics tools (power bi, tableau, looker studio)
