What Are You Going To Do?
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration for all users. You will play a key role in administering core Microsoft 365 services, supporting migration efforts, automating workflows, and providing essential end-user training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and Power Platform
- Support the change into the Microsoft 365 environment and advise on how to plan/prepare for migrations
- Provide engineering services for modernization and collaboration efforts, including SSO and identity services
- Manage security features including MFA, PIM, DLP and labeling
- Integrate applications and services into Microsoft’s Entra Suite
- Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and roadmaps
- Design and implement automation processes to streamline Digital Workplace workflows
- Offer ongoing support to ensure a smooth and productive experience
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents related to Microsoft 365 associated services
- Provide training sessions to end-users on using Microsoft 365
What Do We Expect?
- 5 years experience managing Microsoft 365 services with a focus on cloud solutions
- Good Experience with automation and lifecycle management
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell or Python)
- Familiarity with SPFX based and REST APIs
- Experience using platform migration and lifecycle tools such as ShareGate, Orchestry or Quest OnDemand
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure preferred
- Basic understanding of Endpoint Management and Microsoft Intune
- Fluent German is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer and stakeholder orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
