Position Summary
In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies, the Injection Mold Printing Operator (Print Operator) will be responsible and play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy in packing finished product into shipping cartons, bulk packs, or other containers according to the company protocol and expectations. You will work in a team environment interacting with fellow packers, trainers, supervisors, and the quality team.
- Day Shift: 7:00AM – 7:30PM (Rotating Shifts)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- This role focus’ on continuous motion offset pad printing machines
- Set up, troubleshoot, diagnose issues and run all the required products on a continuous basis
- Inspect production for visual defects; utilize manual gauges or other instruments to inspect or sort molded product
- Perform other related tasks as outlined by the Shift Supervisor, General Manager or assigned representative
- Ensure that the production floor is properly cleaned, maintained, and organized
- Correctly fill out related quality records whether hard copy or electronically
- Perform other related duties as required and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability to recognize issues and diagnose for quick resolution, maintain quality standards, and produce product per production schedules and deadlines
Qualifications
- Aptitude to self-direct and adhere to procedures and quality checks
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift on Days
- Good organizations and communication skills and light computer skills
- Ability to recognize issues and diagnose for quick resolution, maintain quality standards, and produce product per production schedules and deadlines
- Employee must be able to properly use inspection equipment
- Understand programming
- A High School diploma or equivalent, or minimum of five years in a manufacturing environment
