Remote – US based (with full Right to Work eligibility) with East Coast territory

About C TWO

Originally founded in Norway in 2019 by Erik, Tobias and Anders after spending years helping companies large and small achieve massive improvements in their Robotic Process Automation investments. 

 

Validating their early traction the team raised seed and then series A rounds in rapid succession in ‘21 and ‘22 from MMC Ventures and Dawn Capital.  

 

With Product Market Fit in hand the team are now firmly focused on the path to Go To Market Fit and evolving Product to be ready to support many more, larger and more diverse customers

What you will be doing

You will join an international team evenly spread across the UK and US and report directly into the Head of Sales.  We already have a strong GTM function established and we’re keen to add your skills and vision to the mix. Here are the key elements of the role:

 

  • Build US East Coast Territory from the ground up with a primary focus on new logo acquisition
  • Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling
  • Self-generating new pipeline and working with our Direct Marketing team to generate new leads.
  • Selling C TWO into large enterprises – focusing primarily on our Tier 1 clients within a designated geography or list of named accounts.
  • Managing complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure.
  • Working alongside the senior relationship holders in key alliance partners in joint selling campaigns.
  • Closing new business from end user clients.
  • Maintaining a very clean view into current quarter and future quarter opportunities and forecast.
  • Selling both directly and engaging closely with alliance and channel partners, to develop new business.
  • Working alongside alliance partners in joint selling campaigns.
  • Working with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Planning, forecasting and rigorously monitoring quarterly pipeline accurately so that management can properly plan for growth.
  • Understanding the makeup of potential prospects and identify the key decision-makers.
  • Learn and be familiar with the C TWO platform to provide product demonstrations and first level presales engagement

 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience within a B2B Tech sales environment is essential – you may have started life within the BDR space and progressed into an established New Business Account Executive
  • Aptitude to sell at senior/C level, managing complex transformational deals.
  • Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Background in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling.
  • Experience of or ability to sell to the business, as well as the IT influencers.
  • Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunities and extend the value of accounts.
  • Credible at both executive and operational levels, with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
  • Strong track record of overachieving against targets, have strong organizational skills and excellent relationship skills.
  • A keen focus on results – pipeline generation with the ability to inspire others in your ecosystem.
