About You

The Administrative Coordinator role requires an experienced Administration Manager to who can place themselves at the ‘helm’ of the organisation and deliver general business operations support to our Australian-based team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of administration for multiple contracts across Australia.

About the Role

Located in Parramatta, Sydney and reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administration support for all of the Australian Operations Team.

  • Working with other Team Leaders and Contract Administrator’s to implement new contracts and manage administration compliance on existing contracts
  • Support Contract Administrator’s with general duties including preparing daily reports, data capturing, preparing staff notifications
  • Support HR processes as needed including induction of new staff, onboarding, HR meeting minutes
  • Accounts Receivable including but not limited to invoicing, progress claims, PC and DLP requirements
  • Payroll
  • Assist with software platform managements and updates

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A motivated individual with excellent and efficient office administration capabilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office support and administrative management
  • High level communication skills to be able to work seamlessly with staff across all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadline, and having great multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent time and resource management with ability to escalate issues and concerns effectively
  • Well-presented and excellent interpersonal skills to represent the company to clients
  • Strong organisational skills and precise communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to manage and meet individual targets, self-motivated
  • Ability to build confidence and good working relationships with clients, stakeholders & suppliers
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft office including but not limited to excel and, word and 365
