OP Corporate Bank, for several years, has been one of the fastest growing banks in Lithuania and is currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join their highly professional team in Vilnius.
The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to lead and develop relationships with corporate clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients
- Drive client engagement and retention strategies to enhance long-term partnerships
- Sales of banking and leasing products and services to corporate clients
- Monitoring existing customers and their risks
- Preparation for and participation in events, other marketing and sales activities.
The Person:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a bank as Corporate Client Relationship Manager
- University degree, preferably in Finance, Banking or Business administration
- Good understanding of financial, credit management, sales processes and products
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with strong time-management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
- Strong analytical thinking
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (both written and spoken).
