About the Role:

If you are a proactive, results-driven marketer with a passion for outbound sales and lead generation strategies, this role is for you. 

Join our dynamic marketing team and play a key role in driving lead generation and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales & Lead Generation – Conduct outbound sales and cold outreach across various platforms (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads.
  
• CRM Management – Manage and funnel leads into the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and segmentation.
  
• Automation Setup – Set up and manage automation workflows using tools like Zapier to streamline marketing and sales processes.
  
• Ad Campaign Management – Assist with the creation and optimization of ad campaigns on Meta, Google & Linkedin. 
• SEO Support – Provide support with basic SEO tasks to improve organic search rankings.

Requirements:

• Experience – 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and marketing automation.
  
• Digital Tools Proficiency – Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, CRM systems, and automation platforms (Zapier or similar).
  
• Ad Platform Expertise – Familiarity with running paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  
• SEO Knowledge – Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
  
• Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
