Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to support the Head of Strategic Partnerships in building, managing, and optimizing our partnerships. This role involves administrative, operational, and research-based tasks critical to maintaining and expanding our relationships with key partners across industries.
The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Support
- Assist in the identification and outreach to potential partners aligned with our strategic goals.
- Maintain an organized database of partners and manage communication logs.
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to specific partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action points for partnership discussions.
Operational & Administrative Tasks
- Track partnership deliverables and ensure timely execution of agreed-upon tasks.
- Support in drafting and reviewing partnership agreements, contracts, and MOUs.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and compile regular reports for review.
- Maintain a shared calendar for partnership events, campaigns, and deadlines.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnership growth.
- Provide competitor analysis to benchmark partnership strategies and initiatives.
- Gather data and insights on partner performance to optimize collaboration.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership efforts.
- Collaborate on campaigns, events, and other partnership activation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in drafting contracts or familiarity with legal documentation.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
- Familiarity with industry trends in AI, Tech, is a plus.
