Job summary: 

As a key member of our leadership team, you will report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and be an instrumental part of our rapid growth. This is an exempt, full-time, salaried position based on-site in Round Rock, Texas. This role is responsible for leading and strengthening talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and employee relations. Responsibilities and Duties

• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, and initiatives to support the organizations human resource programs
• Administers, oversees, and collaborates on the administration of human resource programs to include compensation, benefits, PTO, on/off-boarding, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management, recognition, morale, and professional development
• Ensure policies, procedures, and practices are in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Manage employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and continuous improvement
• Responsible for talent acquisition process to attract, secure, and retain top talent
• Advise the CEO on culture and climate to build organizational capability and align people strategies with business objectives
• Maintain accurate employment records and reports, ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Contribute to Ametrine, Inc. strategic decisions
• Assist the senior leadership team with maintaining a positive work environment through effective performance management and feedback, coaching and support
• Create a premiere level Veterans Affinity Program
• Create and manage partner relationships to reach a broader talent market
• Form and develop an exceptional People & Culture team
• In coordination with the Finance team, ensure timely response to benefits and payroll actions

Background and Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 10+ years experience in Human Resource/People & Culture management
• High proficiency with Excel / spreadsheets and information management software
• Proven record of successful management of multiple tasks, including prioritization, timeline/milestones while achieving results 
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities, evaluate options and develop solutions 
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management
• Excellent Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Other Requirements

• Must be US Citizen, per US government contracts
• US security clearance or ability to obtain upon employment required
• Work hours flexible, Monday thru Friday
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
