Essential Job Functions:
- Manage injury case litigation effectively.
- Conduct depositions of claimants, physicians, medical experts, and other relevant parties.
- Engage in discovery processes.
- Perform thorough legal research.
- Stay current with legal developments.
- Draft pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
- Communicate with claims representatives and coordinate claims reviews.
- Negotiate settlements effectively.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities, with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Preference given to military members, veterans, spouses, dependents, or relatives.
- A relentless drive to secure justice for clients.
- Proficiency with technology and software, with the ability to learn quickly and manage documentation efficiently.
Experience and Professional Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed attorney.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury attorney.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours.
