Anchor Light Therapy Collective will fully support the selected candidate through the Play Therapy Certification process, offering resources, facilitating supervision/mentorship, and financial assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in play therapy sessions under supervision, applying therapeutic play techniques with children facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to incorporate play therapy into broader treatment plans.
• Maintain active communication with families and caregivers, providing guidance to reinforce therapeutic goals at home.
• Commit to the Play Therapy Certification pathway, including attending required courses, supervision sessions, and accruing necessary clinical hours.
• Participate in Anchor Light Therapy Collective’s professional development programs and contribute to our community of practice by sharing insights and learnings related to play therapy.

Qualifications

• Current role within Anchor Light Therapy Collective focused on mental health services.
• Demonstrated interest and passion for child therapy and the application of play as a therapeutic modality.
• Willingness to pursue Play Therapy Certification with the support and guidance of Anchor Light Therapy Collective.
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice, diversity, and ongoing professional and personal development.
