Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting the product management team in the administration and coordination of product-related activities. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and assisting in the execution of product strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Product Documentation and Communication

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of product documentation, such as user manuals, guides, and release notes.
• Collaborate with the product management team to create and update product- related content for internal and external communications.
• Support the development of marketing collateral by providing accurate product information and specifications.
• Communicate product updates, changes, and releases to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers as necessary.
• Compilation of work orders (Products Only).

2. Product Lifecycle Support

• Assist in coordinating and executing activities related to the product lifecycle, including product deployments, enhancements, and retirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure smooth product transitions.
• Attending Insurer meetings where required.
• Product Quality Assurance and regression testing where required.

3. Product Support and Issue Resolution

• Collaborate with customer support teams to provide timely and accurate responses to product-related inquiries.
• Assist in troubleshooting product issues, investigating root causes, and coordinating resolution with appropriate teams.
• Monitor and analyse customer feedback and bug reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the product management team to gather user feedback and insights for product enhancement and roadmap planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (equivalent experience will be considered).

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Proven experience in product administration, product coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with content management systems and databases is a plus.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
