We are currently looking for a Product Specialist to join our (Sales)Team  

In this role, you will be responsible for new launches promotion and sales of our current product portfolio. You will be in charge of achieving sales targets and presenting the company’s products to clients in UAE. You will be leading and developing the new product launches to grow Labatec Pharma´s business.

You will report to the National Sales Manager UAE  and work closely with the  Sales & Marketing team members.

Your key responsibilities

• Generate sales and meet the targets
• Marketing products and visiting doctors as per weekly and monthly
• Selling the company’s products to hospitals, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare
• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company products.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of company
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat
• Following up on leads generated by the
• Organize Events and Arrange group meetings with doctors and Key accounts regularly to promote products.
• Complete Update on Product Knowledge
• Provide sales
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports regularly to improve work performance and sales productivity
• Provide market feedback
• Maintain good business relations and client satisfaction
• Maintaining the reputation of the To keep the positive image of the company among all doctors & pharmacists.

• Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company’s business strategies.

We are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in science – Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as a successful Medical Representative.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Urology, Psychiatry and Gynaecology is preferred.
• Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
• Understands healthcare systems and patient flow in relevant markets.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated resilience in complex environments.
• Demonstrated high learning agility.
