Job Overview:
Anscom is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of automation and technology integration projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, installation, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation.
• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to clients in a clear and timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of top-tier technology solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
• Manage and coordinate the efforts of project team members, including technicians and support staff.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise during project implementation.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Engineering, Technology).
• 6-8 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in automation, audio/visual, ELV, or technology integration.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset for effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ELV, audio/visual, security, or automation technologies is a plus.
