About the job:
2 F&A Recruitment Partner Hires:
- Ottawa and GTA focused – less than 10% in WST
- They don’t touch Fed govt but they touch BPS and a lot of private sector – RML, Non-Profit, quite a bit of BPS
- 300 candidates connects per month
- 8 interviews/week – 30/month
- Revenue contribution fluctuates
Hire 1
- A fresh grad at 55K or someone like Austin with less than a year in recruitment
- Small amount of exposure to sourcing/recruitment
- Psych grad would be great!
- Insurance industry – insurance claims, outbound calling, Service Level Agreements – so timeline and process driven – customer care is huge
- They are taking over the under $30 roles – AP Clerk, Payroll Admin to FA/CFO search – they will cover everything
- Fresh moldable person who will start at the bottom, sit next to her 3 days/week and dig in from ground up – 55K and higher – amazing comm skills, degree, educated and wants to get into it – mostly temp low level hiring focus
Hire 2
- Massive F&A recruitment experience
- Robert Half and LRO/Lannick – head hunt
- Desk will be varied – entry to senior level roles
- Large public organization experience – can find Senior Manager of Reporting, etc.
- Technical F&A knowledge
