We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead and drive sales efforts within their designated region, cultivating new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

The Regional Sales Director holds the overall responsibility for aftermarket sales of wheel and brake components, as well as factory new piece parts. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for cultivating and generating new business in APAC with a special focus on deriving components and distribution sales through an expanding customer base.
The Regional Sales Director will lead the APAC sales team and will be reporting to the Global Sales Director. The ideal candidate will have a large and diverse network in the airline and MRO aftermarket segment and managerial experience.
Duties & Responsibility
Operational
- Report on a bi-weekly basis to the Global Sales Director on the development in the region and sales trends, forecasting and budgeting for components and distribution in APAC.
- Champion new business, increase TP Aerospace’s customer base in the airline and MRO segment for wheels and brakes.
- Ensure the sales organization is sized to budget expectations, sales commission schemes are implemented and followed regionally.
- Participate in company fairs and exhibitions as required and work with Marketing and the Global Sales Director to define the strategy relevant for the fairs and exhibitions.
- Monitor and report on the activity of competitors and identify business opportunities and threats.
Strategy & Development
- Develop, implement, and execute regional sales strategy aligned with budget and overall company goals.
- Assess and align sales strategy and processes to increase market share in existing markets by identifying growth opportunities.
- Assess and align sales strategy and processes to increase efficiency, win chances and enable increased transparency on sales performance.
We are seeking a team member that can identify with below.
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or another related field.
- You have +3 years of managerial experience & +7 years of experience in aviation – ideally rotables and used serviceable materials.
- You possess an extensive network within Airlines and MROs in APAC with proficient in component exchange and the distribution of new parts.
- You are skilled in sourcing used components from airlines and demonstrate a robust and motivating commitment to growth.
- You possess a structured approach with meticulous attention to detail and proficient in project management, ensuring tasks are executed seamlessly.
- You demonstrate superb problem-solving skills.
- You display strong intercultural competence, fostering effective communication across diverse environments.
- You are Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.
