Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic or School Largo

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Clearwater Largo, FL area. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in clinic and/or school environments, providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and school settings.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective care.
• Participate in training and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both clinic and school settings.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
