About the job:
RN – Operating Room (25895707)
About the role:
– 13 weeks contract (extension is optional)
– Day and Night shifts available
– Work schedule available: 3×12 or 4×10
Responsibilities:
– Ensure OR readiness by maintaining stringent quality standards and safety precautions
– Plan and implement nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, policies, and procedures of the facility and safe nursing practices
– Circulate, scrub, and assist in a variety of cases
– Anticipate the needs of surgeons and surgical teams, and assist in operative procedures
Qualifications:
– Two years of operating room (scrub and circulate) experience is required
– IV insertion and phlebotomy skill conscious sedation experience
– Active New York RN License
– Active Certificate/s like BLS, ACLS etc.
