As a Sales Admin Executive at Anscom, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day clerical tasks, including document preparation, printing, filing, and assisting in the creation of tender documents. Your work will be instrumental in supporting our sales team, enhancing their efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage all administrative tasks related to the sales department.
- Handle the printing, scanning, and filing of sales-related documents, ensuring they are accurately stored and easily accessible.
- Manage the vendor registration process, ensuring all documentation and information are up-to-date and in compliance with vendor requirements.
- Prepare and generate sales quotations for clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines.
- Coordinate communication between sales team members and other departments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations within the sales department.
- Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
Essential Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience, minimum 3-4 years experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in a sales department or similar environment.
- Strong proficiency in office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team and independently as needed.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
