About the job:
SALES SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the management of specified routes.
- Delivering on the sales, profitability and other important KPIs for the Division.
- Responsible for managing the performance of a team of Sales Representatives.
- Ensure that Customers are adequately visited and serviced by the team and that the Company’s range of products are represented in the trade.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License for Car/Van and or Lorry.
- Diploma/Degree in a Business-related discipline.
- Fluency in basic Mandarin
- Previous experience in external trade sales (Chinese Supermarkets) would be an asset.
- Customer Focused & Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Safety Conscious.
