About the job:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design and implement a robust training program for fresh graduates transitioning into Business Development Specialist roles. This role involves equipping new hires with skills in consultative selling, digital-first strategies, and business development within the SaaS and financial services industries. You will work closely with sales leadership to align training with company goals and provide continuous coaching to ensure trainee success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver comprehensive sales training focused on consultative selling, SaaS sales, and financial services.
- Onboarding: Lead onboarding for new hires, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and product knowledge.
- Sales and Soft Skills Training: Provide training on sales methodologies, CRM tools, and essential soft skills such as communication and customer engagement.
- Performance Coaching: Conduct role-plays, mock presentations, and live coaching to refine skills.
- Digital Tools Proficiency: Train on CRM systems and AI-driven sales tools to optimize processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership to align training with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales training or management experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and AI-powered sales tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coach effectively.
- Data-driven approach to improving training outcomes and sales performance.

- Trainee lead conversion rates.

- Customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
