Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Executive to manage the financial transactions of Anscom and its subsidiary companies. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
• Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Preparing and sending invoices to customers
• Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records
• Running reports and analyzing financial data
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
• Responsible for handling petty cash and preparation of petty cash reconciliation
• Executing transactions related to financial accounting
• Data entering and documentation
• Support for external and internal audit activities

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
• Fully qualified in AAT or part qualifications in CA/CIMA/ACCA/CMA.
• Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with accounting packages.
• Proficient numeracy and cash-handling skills
• Ability to handle correspondences, communications, maintaining files, documents, etc.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, speaking, and writing.
• Professional business communication skills, including emailing, financial reporting, and other documentation.
• Project management abilities, including multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management
• Passionate about making great work.
