Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant – Technology, DevOps
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 p.a. + commission
Location: London Liverpool Street Monday to Thursday, remote working on Friday.
Start Date: February 2024
We are looking for an experienced 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant, specialising in contract technology recruitment, to join our DevOps recruitment division, Zefa.

The role
We are looking for a senior 360 contract recruitment consultant with the tenacity and ability to build an extraordinary network. We have the tools to help you do this at a global reach, you just need to take charge and make it happen.
The team is highly collaborative and works at pace on projects all over the world.
- You will be responsible for full 360-degree recruitment activity. You will build strong partner relationships with clients and contractors and develop a strong understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and what they are looking for.
- You will generate new business, using your market knowledge, leveraging your network and client relationships, develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients. In addition, you will cross-sell the broader NP Group product offering.
- As a specialist in technology recruitment, you will focus in recruiting for DevOps Talent. You will offer advice to both clients and candidates.
- You will work collaboratively with the team.
Competencies

- You’re a driven and passionate technology recruiter who takes a huge amount of pride in doing a job well
- You have at least 3 years experience as a 360 contract recruitment consultant, with some DevOps recruitment experience.
- You are able to communicate effectively with your colleagues, your clients and candidates. You practice active listening and have some good negotiation skills.
- You have proven experience in negotiating and agreeing terms of business and recruitment fees with clients
- You have extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and jobboards to advertise roles and search for candidates
- You organise your time effectively to be more productive. You can plan ahead and prioritise tasks and jobs
- You are willing to learn and improve your knowledge, as well as train and coach team members.
