What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring flawless financial performance
- Expertly manage multiple survey crews, optimizing their productivity and efficiency
- Effectively delegate tasks to surveying office personnel, empowering them to excel
- Foster strong relationships with engineers, clients, and industry regulators
- Identify new project opportunities and nurture valuable client partnerships
- Assist with crucial business planning, marketing, and strategic initiatives
- Promote a culture of ethics, teamwork, and safety
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of diverse land surveying experience (Boundary, ALTA, Construction Layout, Topographic)
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (preferred)
- A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica, and the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- A detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence
- A proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- A valid North Carolina driver’s license
