ABOUT THIS ROLE

 

The Social Media Specialist will maintain the social media pages of the organization. This role is responsible for creating and publishing contents and making sure that all inquiries coming from each pages will be checked and answer on a timely manner.

The Social Media Specialist will also be responsible in devising strategies, community management, customer service, data analytics, creatives and copy writing.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies
  • Optimize the organizations social media pages to increase visibility on different platforms
  • Track SEO and customer engagement to ensure success of every content
  • Create, publish and share new contents on a daily basis to build more connections and to reach target clients and customers.
  • Capture and analyze appropriate social media data/metrics, insights, and practices to measure success of every campaigns
  • Collaborate with every department that needs support for content creation for social media postings

 

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Multimedia or equivalent
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics
  • Should have experience in graphic design and multimedia arts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in proof reading and content creation
