Supply Chain Analyst

Izba Consulting is seeking a full-time employee to join a growing team of self-motivated individuals building and running the supply chains of some of the fastest growing startups in the US. In this role you would have a holistic view and responsibility to support the supply chain function in a variety of industries. Izba’s mission is to help our clients operationalize their ambitions, develop our team to their fullest potential while building a firm who is the undisputed authority for operational expertise in the startup ecosystem. 

We are a primarily remote team with operations around the globe. Our clients are based both in the US and international markets. The ideal candidate is looking to expand their skill set in supply chain and is not afraid to take on new challenges in various parts of supply chain management to get out of their comfort zone.

The Role & You:

This role is a great way to get hands-on, foundational expertise in the main pillars of supply chain. You’ll be working alongside and mentored by our operations consultants who have worked with some of the world’s most successful companies.  

You will be doing non-client facing billable work to support our operations consultants. Administrative work will also be required, which includes recurring tasks and ad hoc work. Your main role is to support the team in any capacity needed. Someone who can jump from task to task while being detail oriented will excel in this role. 

Must Haves:

• Highly analytical 
• Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools – familiar with vlookup, pivot tables, index match, and import range.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively. 
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally, get people on their side, and forge relationships with clients and vendors.
• A deep level of curiosity about supply chain and continuous improvement; motivated by learning.
• Willing to not only learn, but also teach based on their background and experiences
• Ability to learn new software platforms
• Data entry

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in supply chain management
• Direct experience working in a factory, managing transportation/parcel logistics, warehousing, sourcing/procurement, or inventory management is a plus
• Fluent in VBA/Sequel/Python
• Google Workspace experience
• Airtable experience
• Scheduling experience
• Canva/design experience
