Technical Training Consultant

I. Job Description and Responsibilities

A. Technical Instructor

• Delivers training courses as per assigned schedule
• Achieves the required certification levels and tracks as per the business needs
• Studies, prepares and qualifies himself for new introductions of courses, ensures practical
coverage of all the course labs
• Prepares and troubleshoots issues for classroom and virtual classroom set-up such as
courseware, labs and assessment tools
• Maintain responsibility for tracking key metrics on customer satisfaction
• Prepares and provides regular reports as needed
• Responsible for knowledge transfer to the new instructors upon assignment

B. Learning Solutions Consultant
Serve as an expert about the TRENDS ACADEMY Training Services, the role as pre-sales will
assist sales team in developing the business with customers.

II. Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in the IT field – familiarity with any of the following technologies and
disciplines:
o Cloud
o Data Science
o SDA (Software-Defined Access)
o SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide-Area Network)
o Programming Languages (Python, Object-Oriented Programming)
o CyberSecurity
o IT Service Management (ITILv4 Certified on Managing Professional, Specialist,
Strategist or Leader)

• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Graduate of any IT-related course, and with good academic records
 • Proven customer focus, interpersonal and communications skills to ensure consistent customersatisfaction
• Able to work well in a team environment and adhere to the highest ethical standards
• Required to be a person of great passion for learning and for sharing of knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team – especially in complex and ambiguous work environments
• Able to adapt a cross-functional teamwork, provide executive and customer presentations
• Enthusiastic about consumer and end-user experiences; has a passion for bringing innovative outcomes to both local and global markets
