Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Trainer to join our team. This role primarily focuses on delivering system training to clients, partners, and internal staff, utilising our learning management solution. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for updating system documentation and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge repository to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Training:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for clients, partners, and staff on the functionalities and features of our C360 enterprise insurance management ecosystem.
- Utilise our learning management solution to create interactive training modules, courses, and assessments tailored to different audience groups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver targeted training programs.
2. System Documentation:
- Update and maintain system documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, release notes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of documentation to facilitate effective system usage and support.
- Incorporate feedback from users, support teams, and product developers to continuously improve documentation quality and relevance.
3. System Knowledge Repository Management:
- Manage and curate a centralized repository of system knowledge, including FAQs, best practices, tips, and other relevant resources.
- Regularly update the repository with new information, enhancements, and changes to the system.
- Implement organization and tagging strategies to enhance search ability and accessibility of knowledge assets.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and sales, to ensure alignment on knowledge management initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on training and documentation efforts.
- Act as a subject matter expert on system functionality and usage, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifying Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering training and developing learning materials, preferably using learning management systems.
- Strong technical writing skills with experience in creating and updating documentation for software applications or technical products.
- Familiarity with our products and system C360
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organise and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Short-term insurance experience.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client training and support activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functionalteam, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
