ELYON International provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.
ELYON advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government’s competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
ELYON International advocates on behalf of our nation’s innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel’s founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Liaison to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Must show proven initiative, a positive attitude, be team-oriented and be highly enthusiastic.
- Facilitate all training courses and deliver all materials in an upbeat manner that is effective for an adult learning environment and has positive impact on the organization.
- Attend various department meetings to focus on customer service re-education.
- Communicates with department managers regarding training needs, availability, content, etc.
- Assists in the scheduling of training sessions, coordinating employee schedules and sending invitations and/or meeting notifications.
- Maintains database of completed employee training and attendance, sending updates to departments as needed.
- Must have the ability to adjust training style to accommodate learning capabilities, energy level and participation level.
- Acts as point of contact for external training assistance
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, as well as outside contacts. Must be extremely comfortable and effective when speaking in from of groups of all sizes.
- Prepare reports to track attendance, effectiveness and overall success of programs.
- Assist in setting benchmarks to rack and measure success.
- Assist with identification of training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisal review and consultation with department managers and human resources.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Clearance Requirement: Top Secret
- Minimum three years of prior training experience, teaching, or related Human Resources experience
- Three years of management experience in a training department; completion of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or closely related field preferred.
- Must be familiar with the Cyber Training and Delivery Platforms Support program
Position is contingent upon award.
