Job Description Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has experience in management and/or leadership to teach essential skills to students. To provide instruction and create an effective learning environment where students can gain the skills that are necessary to thrive in the workplace. These skills include communication, time management, critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalism.

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, creating essential skill learning objectives, leading and moderating classroom discussions, administering and grading.
• Maintain documentation of students attendance, participation, progress, and grades.
• Travel to campus to teach classes.
• Rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
• May be required to work with industry to create a custom curriculum that fits their needs and schedule.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support program goals and student success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Mastery of skill in management and leadership.
• Great communication skills.
• Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, cooperative, and dependable.
• Must be able to work evenings if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous teaching or training experience
