VP of Finance and Business Intelligence

Your impact:

As the VP of Finance and Business Intelligence, you will oversee and own all aspects of financial planning and analysis. Bringing demonstrated experience in a high growth SaaS environment, you will play a critical role in steering the financial direction of the company, overseeing strategic planning, financial planning and analysis and M&A opportunities. As a seasoned and strategic leader, you will provide insightful and trusted counsel to the CFO/COO and CEO on all financial matters and will drive organizational growth.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the financial strategy of the company, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team and the board regarding company growth, performance metrics and investment decisions
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, including pipeline and revenue forecasts and provide business critical data in dashboards
• Lead Corporate-wide KPI tracking and reporting
• Develop, implement and maintain resource allocation analysis
• Support M&A business cases
• Act as the Finance business Partner (right hand) for key leaders
• Lead Business Intelligence efforts to streamline customer reporting, performance metrics and financial modeling
• Manage a team of financial and business analyst professionals, driving professional growth and high performance

What you bring:

• 10+ years of finance experience with 3+ of those years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• MBA preferred
• Proven track record of overseeing FP&A
• Experience with M&A and investor relations in a high-growth stage company
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
