Youth Pastor

The Youth Pastor position of Church on the Rock will oversee all youth related ministries and events with the purpose of advancing the vision and mission of COTR. This will be done by providing immediate oversight to the youth ministry staff, serve team members, and students. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for providing pastoral care and leadership, as well as coming up with innovative ways and ideas to effectively disciple the next generation of 6-12th grade students.

The Youth Pastor will directly report to and work under the direction of the Wasilla Campus Pastor. This position is a full-time (40 hours per week minimum) position at Church on the Rock and will include regular designated office hours and duties. The position is accountable to the Wasilla Campus Pastor, the COTR Lead Pastor and Central Support Team for the performance of all stated duties in a manner that accomplishes our COTR mission and vision in accordance with our values.
