About the job:
Aqualung Group pioneered the creation of modern diving equipment in 1943 when Captain Cousteau teamed with engineer Émile Gagnan to develop the first “aqua-lung” breathing system that made underwater exploration possible. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative Aqualung Group (M/F) for a permanent position. The role will be based in Paris, but remotely managed by our headquarter based in Valbonne (06), with the geographic area of responsibility covering the Paris region and the Grand-Est.
As a Sales Representative Aqualung Group, your objectives will include:
- Develop the company’s revenue with the distribution network in the targeted area.
- Ensure regular and frequent field presence with our distribution network.
- Provide regular reporting to the Sales Management.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Monitor the revenue and profit margin of the sector and each client to meet the objectives set at the beginning of the year.
- Implement the commercial strategy defined by the Sales Management.
- Closely track the implementation and sales of “MARKETING STORIES.”
- Increase revenue from the 20/80 clients in the sector.
- Ensure a regular visit program for stores classified as A and B according to our segmentation:
- Conduct product training if necessary.
- Organize prospect follow-up: Engage in development (visits and signing).
- Participate to weekly sales meetings (planning, feedback, forecast).
- Attend Key Account Buying Days, Diving Show, regional events, and internal meetings (Sales Conference, etc.).
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales of sports equipment.
- You have excellent English language skills.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are a strong communicator, which facilitates collaboration with various departments.
A valid driver’s license is essential for business travel.
