Job Description: Formula Foods Sales and Client Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Grasp Formula Foods’ vision, product range, and service offerings.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our flavours and ingredients, understanding their applications in client products.
- Collaborate with client support specialists to tailor solutions meeting client needs.
- Proactively identify avenues for business enhancement to drive growth.
- Re-engage potential clients and pursue leads previously unexplored.
- Achieve company sales objectives and targets.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline, and key account management.
- Liaise with internal departments on order processing, stock management, sample distribution, and addressing technical inquiries and feedback.
- Assist in providing technical specifications to clients and ensuring data availability through coordination with technical staff.
- Support data optimization and maintenance in our ERP system (NetSuite).
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting our industry segment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster cooperation with colleagues across departments to promote Formula Foods’ interests.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Report directly to the General / Technical Manager.
