As a Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of clinical excellence while mentoring and developing our talented team.

You’ll Offer

• Minimum 5 years of General & Implant Experience with proven leadership abilities
• Exceptional chairside assisting skills and clinical expertise
• Strong team management and mentoring capabilities
• Expertise in maintaining CDC, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards
• Proven track record in inventory management and supply chain operations
• X-ray certification and proficiency in dental practice management systems
• Outstanding communication skills and a positive “Can-Do” Attitude
• Stable employment history and strong dental terminology knowledge
• Natural ability to build rapport with patients and team members
