The Opportunity:
West Liberty University is seeking applications for an Enrollment Services Coordinator. The Enrollment Services Coordinator manages and performs a variety of activities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of enrollment services and resolves difficulties encountered in the enrollment process. This position supports planning, development and organization of processes toward strategic recruitment and retention goals. The ESC serves as the Enrollment Management expert on complex data and processing issues related to Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar and student records govered by Federal and State Regulations. This position reports to the Vice President of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management.
Essential Functions of the position:
- Advanced User Level in TargetX.
- Communication Plan Management
- Undergraduate and Graduate Reporting
- Financial Aid Dataload and Processing
- Responsible for ISIR loading, data loading and federal aid processing
- Supports Admissions Recruitment Processing
- Veteran’s Benefit Processing
- Develop web site content and manage websites
- State Purchaser for Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Campus Police and Health Services
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field required
- 1-3 years working in an administrative capacity in academic program administration, admissions support, or a field directly related is preferred.
