CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
(ESSEQUIBO BRANCH)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visit specified routes and sell product ranges to all our customers.
- To achieve agreed-upon sales targets and all customer service & sales goals as set out by the Company, i.e., visit rate, service rate, DVS compliance.
- To establish, strengthen, and maintain positive business relationships with all our customers.
- To expedite and gain speedy resolution to all customer complaints to their satisfaction.
- Submit on a timely basis all daily sales work reports and other information required by Sales Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must Have a Valid Driver’s License for Car/Van and Motor Lorry
- Defensive Driver and Safety conscious
- CXC Subjects, including Mathematics and English Language or Sound Secondary Education
- Customer Focused & Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in external trade sales would be an asset.
